Our Story
Balanced Diet Hub was founded with a simple observation: too many people feel overwhelmed when it comes to preparing wholesome meals. Between work, family, and daily responsibilities, cooking nutritious food often takes a backseat to convenience and quick fixes.

Founder & Lead Instructor
Agnieszka brings over twelve years of experience in culinary education and nutrition-focused cooking. She studied food science in Warsaw and worked with professional chefs to develop our signature curriculum. Her teaching philosophy centers on practical skills that students can apply immediately in their home kitchens.
Piotr Lewandowski
Nutrition Content Specialist
Piotr holds a degree in nutrition science and contributes our fact-checked articles on food composition, macronutrients, and meal planning strategies.
